*SHORT TERM RENTAL, ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 3 MONTHS*

Hello! I'm gonna be traveling for 3 months this winter (December-January-February), and I'd love to sublet my place to a trustworthy person.

I've been living here for 2.5 years now, and I really love it. It's got:
-2 closed bedrooms (one double bed, one king bed)
-A home office setup in the 2nd bedroom
-1.5 bathrooms (a full bathroom and a water closet)
-A huge open-concept kitchen/living/dining room (with projector and screen!)
-Massive, sunny windows
-A very glamorous dressing room / boudoir outside the main bedroom

Location: 3687 Clark, at the corner of Guilbault

Cost: asking for $1435/month to cover my costs (I pay $1270 rent plus about $165 for internet and hydro each winter month)

I’ll prioritize people who are willing to stay/pay for the whole three months. But if you're interested in subletting for a shorter time within that window, I'm still happy to hear from you - you never know what might work out!

Also: I could leave a few days early and come home a little later, if that would make it easier for someone to stay here!
