Our long term tenant just moved out. A move our clean will be performed on October 4, 2024 with availability to move in mid-October. Standard paint damage (e.g., the odd ding or chip) exists and I will send a painter through to touch up after the next tenant moves in. There have only ever been two families living in this home.



It features AC, a fully furnished basement, a large deck and back yard with an off lake view, granite throughout, a single attached garage, and an excellent location.


Ambleside is just off of the Anthony Henday in Windermere located near excellent shopping and amenities (e.g., Currents of Windermere) . There are also many newer schools in the area.

The first quality tenant candidate that submits a completed application with damage deposit and first months’ rent will be successful. Absolutely no pets under any circumstances.
