We're renting out our entire detached home (basement and backyard included) in the Meadowvale area to a family for a minimum commitment of 1 year. The home will be unfurnished (the pictures were taken during staging).

The house is is in a mature and quiet cul-de-sac and has a large backyard. It's within minutes of the Meadowvale go station/401/Meadowvale town center, elementary school, Montessori, tennis court/parks, shopping centers.

Our ideal tenant is a small family of working professionals who will take good care of the house as if it is their own property. No Smokers please. Utilities will not be included. Water heater is owned so there's no rental cost associated with that. Upon approval, I would need 2 references (employer and previous landlord preferable), proof of income, and credit report.
