SECURITY DEPOSIT (cash or e-transfer) IS REQUIRED and is 100% refundable at the end of your stay; the bedroom and general areas are cleaned, and the keys are returned. The bedroom is lockable. ID is required for security purposes.

For single, responsible, considerate, respectful working persons or people who work from out of town; the place must be maintained clean and tidy; no smoking/party/alcohol/drugs and no pets. NO GUESTS ALLOW AND NO OVERNIGHT STAYING.
