We have a new well-maintained, fully furnished home available for short-term rental in Terrace. One upper unit (3 bed, 2.5 bath) and one lower unit (2 bed, 1 bath).
The units are currently surplus to our company’s operational requirements, and we are particularly interested in hearing from individuals or companies seeking temporary accommodations such as project personnel, contract workers, people relocating to Terrace, or those requiring housing for a defined period.
Preference may be given to applicants whose anticipated accommodation period aligns with the units' expected availability. All rental arrangements will be documented in a written accommodation agreement.
