Hi! I want to sublet a room on Lester Street. It's an all-girls unit that includes a private bedroom and two shared bathrooms. It is a three-minute walk to the Laurier and Waterloo campuses. Rent is $1022.11, and it includes gas, internet, and furniture in the apartment. The only things outside the rent you have to pay for are hydro, which is split amongst 4 other girls who pay on time, and doing laundry! You would have 4 other very nice roommates who are friendly, not loud, and keeps the apartment clean. Unfortunately, I have to move out due to personal circumstances and I need this unit sublet as soon as possible. Please message me if interested ASAP.
