Retired gentleman looking for a peaceful long-term RV/trailer parking arrangement on private rural property within approximately 1 hour of Georgetown/GTA West.



Open to a mutually beneficial arrangement with a landowner who has unused space, farmland, acreage, or rural property.



Very quiet, respectful, responsible, and handy. Willing to discuss helping with:



* property maintenance

* caretaking/watchful presence

* light repairs/upkeep

* mowing/snow clearing/general help

as part of the arrangement if desired.



Flexible regarding:



* seasonal or year-round

* serviced or partially off-grid setup

* private acreage, farms, or country properties



Not looking for a party atmosphere — simply a safe, quiet place to park and enjoy a peaceful lifestyle.
