Seeking Room for Rent
I am looking for a rental option and have the following preferences:

Room for Rent:
Rent: Approximately CAD 400/month
Parking: Must include 1 parking stall
No additional perks required.

1-Bedroom Apartment:
Rent: Approximately CAD 600/month
Includes perks (like utilities, laundry, access to kitchen etc. if available). Must know Damage Deposit information upfront. Also must include one parking stall. Must allow smoking cigarettes outdoors. I do not have pets. I am very clean as I owned my own cleaning business. Working and Going to College here so I'm going to be very busy and pretty much mostly there to sleep.
