SPACE INFO:
It’s a 240 sq ft sound-dampened room with big windows and a parking spot, set up as an ideal space for music lessons, rehearsals, practicing, office work, editing, streaming, and more. It can also work for recording, tho isn’t the most effective space for that - while the interior wall and ceiling have been sound dampened, it isn’t entirely sound proof.
Yes, there's a washroom shared with the rest of the building.

EQUIPMENT:
You can use my electric piano, music stands, desk, EXM Mobile 8 speaker, gigabit wifi, video surveillance/security, mini kitchen setup, and more. I am also happy to discuss sharing lesson/repertoire books and office materials, and to make room for some storage.

2 days/week - $500/month HST
3 days/week - $700/month HST
