You’d likely have to put my mail aside and water a couple of plants.

Looking for a person with a Monica Geller (from Friends Show) personality, that likes things organized and clean.
35 years of age.
Quiet - no parties.
No smoking.
No pets.

An interview will be conducted as this is my apartment and I need an honest high moral person that will take care of it.

Requirements:
Work References, preferably a good paying job and has not issue paying rent.
Landlord References.
Copy of ID.
Insurance deposit of $500 in case of damage will be returned in May shall the apartment be intact.
Agreement will be signed.
Rent will be paid one month in advance - ask me why.
Renters insurance.
You can have all the apartment except one room that will be locked with all my belongings.
All will be stipulated in agreement.

The apartment

▪️Rent includes: electricity, internet.
▪️Main bedroom with a massive closet can come with a queen sized mattress or an individual bed whatever you choose.
▪️Living room with a reclining chair, you are welcomed to bring your own couch.

▪️Some furniture mainly tables and racks and rugs.
▪️Linen closet (empty)
▪️Washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, leaf blower for snow and shovel.
▪️Small washroom (but who cares considering the location)
▪️TVs one wall mounted in living room and another one for your room if you want it.
