My lease is up Oct 31st. Owner wants to sell,so does not want to renew. I've been in my home 5 yrs. Have great references both personal and from landlord. My credit is not the best tho. But my rent and utilities have always been paid.
I have a big family.
There is myself income currently aish but I do work when I have jobs.
My son who works full time
My daughter on assistance while in school.
My other son who works seasonal but has medical assistance.
My 2 grand kids both minors.
We have 1 emotional support dog, as my grandkids both dealth with a horrible crime.
But my landlord can vouch for the dog causing no damage to the property.
I'm being as honest as I possibly can in hopes of finding us all a home we can be in. And not a tent in this scary city.
