URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A NEW ROOMMATE. Move in available immediately. Hello I am a 22 year old female student looking for a new roommate. I am looking for another female to move in and they must be okay with a cat in the home. It is a bedroom available in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement apartment. All common spaces are shared including the bathroom but bedroom is private. It is $995 each a month which is $1990 together and the $1990 must be paid in full to the landlord. The $1990 includes heating, water, private laundry in the building, and a parking space not in use. Hydro and wifi is not included and comes to be about $50-$75 dollars each a month. The house is also fully furnished besides the bedroom you would be moving into. With this being said some small items in the common spaces can be moved into my private bedroom if we disagree on anything. A first and last will be required but since we are already into January it will be $1590, and then starting february 1st $995 a month plus Hydro and wifi.lease ends August 31st 2025.
