LOOKING FOR A ROOM:
Caroline is looking for a dog-friendly room/environment; a 9-year-old, chocolate Labrador Retriever and retired therapy dog. The Lab is certified Good Canine Citizen by the Canadian Kennel Association. The dog is super friendly and overall quiet. They are ready to move in, any time.
Oven/stove not necessary; little cooking - kettle, microwave. Furniture optional. Non-smoking. Parking not needed.
In-house laundry? Few steps/stairs please as this is an older dog.
Dalhousie, Brentwood, Varsity, Silver Springs, Banff Trail, Scenic Acres, Montgomery, TriWoods areas. Other locations considered.
Price range: $500 to $700 all included. Proof of income. Internet not necessary. Minimum 6 months.
Reasons for relocation: The former property owners sold the unit; there were too many flights of stairs at the previous residence.
