Urgent Housing Wanted: Lowest Rent Possible
Hi,
We are a responsible family of 5 urgently looking for a 4-bedroom house/townhouse or a large 3-bedroom unit (with a living room that can be used as a bedroom for our younger sister) for a move-in around August 1, 2026 or September 1.

Kayla Byles (19, girlfriend)
Margie Stewart (60, stepmom)
Isabella Godin (18, younger sister)
Jasmin Stewart (22, older sister)
Room Setup Note: The two sisters prefer not to share, so we ideally need 4 separate bedrooms. However, a spacious 3-bedroom where the living room can serve as a bedroom for the younger sister would also work.
Details:
Pets: 2 cats 1 small, well-behaved dog (all indoors)
Income: Stable ODSP (stepmom older sister) older sister has a job. Ontario Works and OSAP releasing very soon.
Credit: Excellent (primary applicant 774)
Budget: As low as possible — ideally $2,200 – $2,600 all-in (rent utilities)
Clean, quiet, respectful long-term tenants
Can pay first last month’s rent as soon as approved
We are temporarily at a friend’s on Richmond Road (long commute, no car), so Vanier, Gloucester, Cyrville, Nepean, Westboro, or Barrhaven would be best for transit to uOttawa.
