* LE QUARTIER: St-Henri, à 3 minutes à pied de la station Place St-Henri, sur la ligne orange, facile d’accès aux universités McGill, Concordia et UQAM. La rue Notre-Dame (rue commerçante et vivante) se retrouve à seulement quelques coins de rues. Si tu es motivé, il y a le canal Lachine à 15 minutes à pied.
* LES : laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, air climatisé centrale, échangeur d’air, balcon à l’avant et à l’arrière et micro-ondes encastré.
* LA CHAMBRE FERMÉE: avec fenêtre double et garde-robe. Non-meublé. Le soleil pointe vers la chambre en pm et elle est très éclairée. Les deux chambres sont collées, alors on fait attention aux bruits.

Quelqu’un avec qui je pourrais séparer les tâches ménagères et prendre un petit drink pour se féliciter. Également, quelqu’un qui sait respecter l’intimité de chacun tout en partageant de bons moments ensemble.
JE SUIS: Marc-André, j’ai 30 ans. Je vis à Montréal depuis 4 ans, originaire du Saguenay. Je travaille à Radio-Canada en télétravail hybride. Je suis plutôt calme, l’appartement est un lieu de repos pour moi, pas de party, même si j’aime recevoir quelques amis à l’occasion. J’adore lire, dessiner, cuisiner, écouter toutes sortes de musiques et jouer à des jeux vidéo à l’occasion. Habitué de vivre avec des filles, mes deux dernières colocs étaient des femmes.

* CLOSED BEDROOM: with double window and closet. Unfurnished. The sun shines into the bedroom in pm and it's very bright. The two rooms are next to each other, so be careful of noise.

I AM: Marc-André, 30 years old. I've been living in Montreal for 4 years, originally from the Saguenay. I work at Radio-Canada as a hybrid telecommuter. I'm pretty quiet, the apartment is a place of rest for me, no parties, although I do like to have a few friends over on occasion. I love to read, draw, cook, listen to all kinds of music and play the occasional video game. Used to living with girls, my last two roommates were women.
