recreational drugs of any kind. We now have available an upper room within our 4-level split

It is $650/month plus Security
Deposit, all of which are due upon the signing of our Tenancy Agreement.
Our comfortable home is in the safe neighbourhood of Keheewin, is steps away from the
bus stop and a short walk to the Century
Park LRT station. Parking is limited but no vehicle is necessary at this CONVENIENT LOCATION, as many amenities are nearby.
WIFI and utilities are included and everything else is shared, including a GAS Stove.
This is a non-smoking
home but such is allowed outside; Being clean and respectful of others is essential.
