Je sous-loue mon 3 1/2 charmante près de metro Frontenac (8 min) commencent 1e juillet. $1550 par mois, chats permis. internet, laveusse/sécheusse, bain/douche, chauffage et eau chaude compris. 1 place de stationnement en arrière (3 places partager entre 6 apartments, avec seulement une voiture d'habitude). Près d l'épicerie, café, restos, etc.
Access: Sur le 2e étage accessible par un escalier droit à l’intérieur avant ou un spiral dehors en arrière. Le corridor d’entre est un peut étroit.

I am subletting my 3 1/2 starting July 1. Longer stays possible. $1550 per month near Metro Frontenac (8 min). Internet, heat and hot water included. Washer/dryer in unit, full bathroom with tub and shower. 1 parking spot in rear of building (3 shared among 6 units; only one other is generally occupied). Near groceries, cafes, restaurants, etc.
Accessibility: Access via a straight interior staircase at the front or a narrow exterior spiral at the rear. The front hall is a bit narrow.
