Two shared accommodation spots are available for male students (each room contains two beds, though the two available spots are not in the same room). The cost is $400 per month, and most current tenants are students from Africa. The residence is located a 9-minute drive (or 23-minute bus ride) from Cambrian College and a 9-minute drive (or 19-minute bus ride) from the New Sudbury Centre. Pets and smoking are prohibited, and payment of the first and last month's rent is required in advance.
