Two Rooms in 45 Mann residence are individually available for sublet for the summer semester (May 1st – August 28th) (negotiable).

This two-bedroom apartment comes fully furnished with two private bathrooms, in-unit laundry, a full kitchen, and a living room with a smart TV. Every floor has a common study room and on the ground floor there is a recreational room and a free private gym.

Located on the outskirts of campus, this residence is available to rent to any uOttawa student, you do not have to be enrolled in summer courses to be considered for sublet. Rent is a negotiable $1,100 per room for all four months.
