OR sign a month to month contract and pay $1333/month for rent, However, the fully furnished single room suite shall continue to be advertised and if another interested lodger provides first and last month’s rent, then the contract shall not be renewed for the coming month. (This could occur on the last day of the month!)

- The Facility is up to Ontario Building code for a multi-unit dwelling
- The floor plan was re-architected so that from every suite there are two means of egress (that’s two paths of escape) where the paths don't cross so that in-case one is blocked by fire YOU the tenant can still escape
- Cleanliness - Onsite management cleans all of the common area and the bathrooms on a weekly basis. For this service each Lodger contributes $13/week ($56/month) in addition to the rents quoted.
- Off Street parking is available at an additional cost.

The regular Single occupancy suite rate is $1600/ month and the Double Occupancy rate is $1700
HOWEVER WITH THE CURRENT SPECIAL OF TWO MONTHS FREE, THE EFFECTIVE MONTHLY RENT BECOMES $1333 (SINGLE OCCUPANCY) AND $1416 (DOUBLE OCCUPANCY), plus the mandatory $56/month Mandatory common area cleaning fee.
