This location is about 500 meters to the Montreal Square with three banks, two super markets, shoppers Drug Mart, McDonalds, and Tim Hortons, among others. Just around the corner is a city library, which even has a swimming pool in it. The street is very quiet, with little traffic, but very close to the bus stop on St. Laurent Blvd. It is about 20-minute commuting from the house to the University of Ottawa or La Cite.

This house is inside a condo complex. It is quiet, and close to Food Basics and MacDonalds at the Heron Gate. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Carleton U's University Drive from the house by bus.

All the rooms are furnished with a bed, desk and chair. They are bright and clean, most of them having a new window.
