Looking for two female (only) roommates to share expenses with two adult males in northeast Edmonton.
No children, no pets. There are three medium-sized Chow Chow dogs in the home.
Monthly rent $800 includes utilities
Three bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. There are a washer and dryer in the basement that can be used at no cost (except your own detergent). Parking available on the street. Bus stop one block away, Belvedere train station 3 km away.
Some furniture and kitchen items may be shared.
Each roommate will be responsible for their own food, cooking and cleaning.
Damage deposit of $400 is due to hold a room until May 1. If you want to move in earlier, arrangements can be made with a pro-rated rent ($25.00/day) due prior to move in.
Rent is due the first of the month by noon, via e-transfer only.
