This rental is for a full house in Deep River shared with one person (me!) available June 1. It is a two-storey house basement with 1.5 bathrooms. You would get two rooms on the main floor (typically one is set up as a bedroom and the other as an office, which has an entrance to the back yard). These two rooms are not furnished. There is a spacious kitchen with a lovely gas range and new appliances. The property has a large detached garage which comfortably fits two cars and bikes, as well as additional outdoor parking.



The rent is $1145, and utilities (wifi, gas, electricity) are additional (typically totaling $100 - $150 depending on time of year). The house has central AC and heating.



I am a young professional working at CNL looking for someone who is also tidy and responsible. I'm a social person who enjoys partaking in exercise and hobbies, but I make time to care for the house.
