The room is furnished and has a bunkbed in it, Lower bunk is a double and top bunk is a single...Short term rental is ok..The building has many amenities including hot tub..Games Room with pool table...Gym..Sauna..Rooftop patio... the apartment has air conditioner as well as dishwasher..ensuite washer dryer and a tiny patio..

The apartment is on the first floor of the building. Prefer someone who is clean(very important)...employed...respectful...responsible and polite....Included in rent..hydro. internet..cable. The bedroom does have a tv. But needs chromecast.
