I (24M grad student at UofM, quiet and respectful) am looking for a male/female housemate to share a 2-bedroom apartment at 7 Evergreen Place in Osbourne. (Preferably a Student or a young professional)

The rent for the master bedroom is $800 and $740 for the second bedroom (overall $1540). (Heat, Electricity, and Water included) - WIFI is shared with approx. $30 a month. (I am OK with living in any of the rooms, we can even switch after 6 months and pay $770 each)

The house is mostly unfurnished, but I am planning to buy a couple of things, and you can buy my bed frame and mattress (clean) if you want to reduce your expenses.

- Move-in date July 1st, 2024 or later (The deadline for signing the contract is April 28th)

- Card-operated laundry shared on every floor
- Storage is in the unit
- No pets
- No smoking in the unit
- 4 minutes walk to lines 16/18/60
- 13 minutes walk to Osborne Station (Blue, 47, 65, 66)
- Close to Safeway, Drugstore, various bars, coffee shops, and restaurants

- You should be in Winnipeg to sign the contract by the end of April.
