The Albany is located In the mission, Cliff bungalow area. Beautiful part of Calgary, blocks from many amenities, fantastic, restaurants, and cultural activities.
This two bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a concrete building. Very quiet.
We can go to sleep. The current tenants have been in this unit for six years. I won't be doing any upgrades to this unit, trying to keep the rent lower and affordable.
