A damage deposit of $850 is required to secure the room with one long-term professional and one personal reference needed for me to call for a character reference.

A lease of 6 months is required to initiate a move in.

Shared cleaning of the home will be asked if you. And, I’d ask that you keep your bathroom and bedroom clean.

My home is in a quiet area in the West Terrace Area of Cochrane. It is located one block from the Bow River and paths. Street parking is available and you can walk or cycle everywhere in Cochrane, or use our COLT bussing system.

Bragg Creek, Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, and Kananaskis are all close to Cochrane for Mountain outings.
