Hi, we are Terry and Betty, retired professionals and LIVE-IN co-landlords of an 18-suite, totally renovated building with concrete floors (extra quiet). We are 100% occupied by non-smokers (more restrictive than those who smoke outside), all adults (we do not meet standards for children such as fixed blind cords, ranges that will not tip over, etc. We are a NO PETS, NO PARTIES building…with a goal of ‘Quiet Enjoyment’ for all. We almost always rent to one person, even though it is a 2-bedroom suite, and the rent is the same as our 1-bedroom suites. Yes, a bargain! This suite is on the second level, faces north, is a corner suite, up only 7 steps from the front entrance, has modern patio doors, blinds and balcony. It has modern vinyl plank flooring except in the bedrooms and living room which have modern, quality carpets. It comes with both a dishwasher and an air conditioner as well as the usual modern fridge and range / stove. Laundry is on the lower level and $2 per load (below our cost).
