The kitchen (about 11’ x 7’) is L-shaped and comes with large cupboards, stove, and fridge. The two bedrooms have ceilings with fans.. One is 11’ x 12’ and a second 8.5’ x 11’. There is a three-piece bath with shower and three storage areas (including one for bicycles). There is a parking area at the rear of the building, which can also accommodate a barbecue for this apartment. The outside dimensions of the building are about 25’x 42’ and the area of the apartment is about 800 sq. ft.
The apartment has hardwood floors in good condition. It comes equipped with a stove, a frost-free refrigerator, and venetian blinds on all windows. The windows are new and can be opened inwards for cleaning. The paint in all rooms except the kitchen and bathroom is a Mediterranean (or ochre) off-white, and the kitchen and bathroom are white. There is a laundry facility in the building, which may be used on a time-sharing basis for a fee of $20 per person per month. Heat and hot water are included in the rent of $1940. Hydro for the lights and stove (about $35 a month) is extra. If needed, parking for one car ($100 a month) is available.
