Large treatment room (14.5ft X 11 ft) with large window
or
Large treatment room plus semi private curtained off space with skylight (12ft X 12ft)  for acupuncturist with simultaneous treatments or physiotherapist using central space for tens, heat and exercises portion of treatments.


OUR LOCATION
Santé-Health Beechwood is a multidisciplinary clinic in the New Edinburgh/Rockcliffe/Vanier area, close to the QC bridge and the market and the East end. Located in a modern and well kept Chartwell building with ample free street parking.
Our space has been renovated to create a bright, calm space with sound proof treatment rooms.

NOVEL ARRANGEMENT
The clinic is unique in that all therapists manage their own practice and therefore have great liberty and low overhead costs. The clinic operates more like a co-working space where you can either rent an entire room if you like to create your own space, or rent shifts in a shared room. There is no percentage split so therapists take home much more than in the usual clinic situation.
This has created a very collegial team of practitioners ranging from naturopathic doctors, osteopaths, psychologists and therapists for children and adults, registered massage therapist RMT, Nutritionist, Rolfing practitioner, yoga-therapist.


INCLUDED
All practitioners make use of well kept communal spaces such as the entrance, waiting area, bathroom and kitchen, wifi, elevator, and a laundry service therapists can opt-in or out of. Room can be furnished or not according to your preference.
