The rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 size bed with a Japanese mattress, bar fridge and WiFi.

The rent also includes your meals when you are here and a pack lunch for work or school.

An example menu is coffee or tea,bacon and eggs with toast,burgers and fries.

I cooked the food and put it in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want. The kitchen is open 24/7.

The rent also includes one free load of laundry per week. The laundry room is down the hall.

The apartment is drug free, smoke free, pet free, alcohol free, scent free and there is no parking here. The lease is month to month. I must be here went you move out. Refundable $50 key deposit. It a share bathroom and there is never a problem. The room is for one only.
