It includes your meals when you are here or a pack lunch for work or school. The food is cooked and place in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want. The kitchen is open 24/7.

The rent includes one load of laundry per week. The laundry room is down the hallway.

The apartment is drug free, smoke free, pet free, alcohol free, scent free and there is no parking here.

The lease is month to month. I must be here when you moved in or out. $50 refundable key deposit. No visitors here. Room for one only.

There is a male renter but he leaves early in the morning and comes back late at night and is out most weekends.

I work full-time inside and outside the apartment.
