The rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 size bed with a Japanese mattress, bar fridge and WiFi.

It also includes your meals when you are here and a pack lunch for school or work.

An example menu is coffee or tea,eggs and bacon with toast, fruit and more.

I cooked the food and put it in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want.The kitchen is open 24/7.

The rent also includes one load of laundry per week. The laundry room is down the hallway.

The apartment is drug free, smoke free, pet free, alcohol free,scent free an there is no parking here.

The lease is month to month. Three is a $50 key deposit. No visitor here. This is a share bathroom and it's never a problem. The room is for one only.
