The rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 bed with a Japanese mattress, bar fridge, TV, all utilities and WiFi.

The rent includes your meals when you are here and a pack lunch for work. An example menu, coffee or tea, eggs and toast, burger and fries with fruit and more.

I cooked the food and put it in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want. The kitchen is open 24/7.

The rent includes one load of laundry per week. The laundry room is down the hallway.

The apartment is drug free, smoke free, pet free, alcohol free, scent free and there is no parking here. The lease is month to month. I must be here when you moved in or out. Refundable $50 key deposit. No visitors here. Room for one only.

There is a male renting a room here and he leaves early in the morning and comes back late at night. Most weekends he is not here.
I work full-time inside and outside the apartment.
