This corner unit is located on the lower penthouse level with a stunning view. The entire unit is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout, and you will be sharing the bathroom with me. It is a 5-minute walk from the College subway station, with many restaurant and grocery store options (Loblaws, Metro) within a 2-minute walk. The Rogers Centre is less than 30 minutes away by subway, including walking time from the subway to the Centre, or a 40-minute walk if you’re feeling extra excited and energetic! The room features a queen-sized bed, a large mirrored closet, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Both bedrooms are separated by the living room, providing added privacy.
