The room is near Victoria Park and St.Clair Ave and it's available on January, 1,2025.

The rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 bed with a Japanese mattress, bar fridge, all utilities,cleaning, laundry and WiFi.

It also includes your meals when you are here or a pack lunch for work or school.

An example menu, te or coffee, egg with toast, hamburger and fries with fruit. I cooked the food and put it in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want . The kitchen is open 24/7.

The rent includes one load of laundry per week. The laundry room is down the hallway.

The apartment is drug free, smoke free, pet free, alcohol free, scent free and there is no parking here. The lease is month to month and for two to six months only. The room is for one person only. No visitors. I must be here when you moved in and out. Refundable $50 key deposit.

There is one male here renting a room and he leaves here early in the morning and comes back late at night and most weekends he is not here.

I work full-time inside and outside the apartment.
