This brand new tiny house is 30' long and is 14' wide with a 4' deck and a 1' overhang on each side wich makes it 34'×16'. It was designed for energy efficiency and comfort.
R45 in the ceiling, R22 in 2x6 walls and R20 in the floor. It is equipped with a heat pump for heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. All the windows are double glazed and give lots of day light in the house and also comes with a cozy kitchen.
