• Room is on the lower floor (Basement), but window is very large for a basement, and unit is renovated.
• Furnished with a bed, table, chair
• All utilities included: heat, hydro, water, Rogers wireless high-speed Internet, A/C
• Kitchen shared with 3 other male students/young professionals
• Washer and dryer included (coin-operated, $2 each)
• Very quiet, good for studying. Not a party house. No overnight guests.

• Pay first and last month’s rent
• No smoking inside, no pets, no illegal drugs
• Long-term lease preferred, minimum 6 months. Possible extension of 1 year after.
• No Parking Available. Street parking is free, except from December 31 - March 31.
