The apartment is facing south with an amazing view from the balcony, laundry is down steps in the building, around the neighborhood there are amenities such as: conveniences stores, Sobeys, walk clinic, bars, hair salon and parks, all of them between 2-3 minutes walk..

The building is convenient located between Glencairn and Eglinton West Subways stations, both of them within 7 minutes walking distance from the building, also there is a bus stop across the street. By Subway 10 minutes to St George Subway Station. Route buses to Yonge and Bloor subway lines are available as well.


The rent included all utilities but high speed internet is extra for $25 dollars per month. Underground parking is available for extra payment if solicited.

We are professionals. We have full time jobs and some days a week we do university-colleges studies. We are quiet but like social life, we like to have our place clean and tidy to enjoy the time that we are in here and the most important, we are respectful to each other as we expect the same from the other roommate.
