I am a UOttawa student looking to sublet my room(Room A) at THEO from May 1st to August 26th for 1050$ a month which includes:

All-inclusive water, heat, hydro, high-speed wifi, fully furnished and in-suite laundry(no cost to wash or dry!)

A large room that is shared with one other person, they will have their own space that is divided by the wall/closet seen in the pictures, this room is approximately 8.5x8.5 feet and is the biggest room in the unit! You also get the windows! The closet is also huge and can fit almost anything, the room does not include the small fridge in the picture, although you are welcome to bring your own

A huge common space, shared between 1-4 people in the unit, and is one of the largest living rooms available in THEO! Includes a big couch, 50 inch smart TV with streaming capabilities, coffee table, 6 person table and chairs, modern kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher, a large closet by the front door, and a small room attached that has a modern washer and dryer!

Walking distance to UOttawa, Byward Market, Downtown, Rideau Centre and more!

Access to THEOs gym, pent house with ping pong, a pool table, and a bigger kitchen and dining area for gatherings or parties that can be booked or reserved

Access to THEOs study rooms on every floor

24/7 Security on premises

FOB access locks around the building and in elevators that makes THEO very secure

Underground parking is optional and can be requested for an additional fee

There is also storage lockers that can be rented out in the underground garage that can also be rented out if you’re in need of extra storage

Vending machines in building, on 1st, 2nd, and 11th floor stocked with drinks and snacks

If your interested about wifi, its very high speed, and the unit has been set up so that Ethernet cables can be run to every room

The last picture of the floor plan is not the exact room, its inverted but shows what the room should look like and is a comparable floor plan, the room Im renting is room A and is roughly outlined in the floor plan and is similar to what is setup now
