Hello, I'm a male working student in my mid 20s, looking to sublet a room to a suitable candidate in a 2 bed (1 bathroom) NO SMOKING apartment. I’m quiet, clean, respectful and rarely have multiple visitors at a time. I’m looking for someone who also shares these traits.

The room comes furnished with a bed and a small couch. Apartment is 3 mins away from various bus stops, superstore, shoppers, and quinpool road. I AM PRIORITIZING CANDIDATES WILLING TO MOVE IN ASAP. The rent is 850$ which includes water, power, internet and heating. For laundry there is a shared unit (washer and dryer) in the building that is coin operated. I also have a cat that has access to the entire apartment, and the prospective roommate needs to be a cat lover or at the very least indifferent to them.
