I am a 57-year-old male, owner/occupier of this home. There is a large dog on the premises.
Available for temporary rent, during your temporary stay in Regina, is a fully furnished Basement Suite. This space is perfect for a student, or someone working temporarily in Regina.
You have your own bathroom, bedroom, living area, and own dining area. Included in your fully furnished space is a new bed with new sheets and new pillows, dining area, office desk with chair, Loveseat, Large Chair. The rent includes all utilities (power, water, energy). Also included is Wifi, parking with a power plug in, full kitchen access with air fryer, dishwasher, Kruger Coffee (coffee included), TV, bluetooth speaker, netflicks, Toilet paper, towels, laundry (includes laundry detergent).
The kitchen area is shared upstairs with me, and the laundry is shared downstairs with me.
This is very important to understand. This is my home. It is a friendly, quiet, respectful, trustworthy, peaceful, calm, and a drama-free household. No crazy Xs or friends hanging around, no parties, no smoking, no drugs.
