I recently moved to the country, and I am looking to rent out/sublet my tattoo shop, located in St-Vital, Winnipeg. It has 6 stations, which each have a sink. The shop is fully approved by Manitoba Health. There is a small room with an autoclave. Possibility to leave reception unit, along with some other equipment such as chairs, stools, trays etc. Could also be used as a nails or hair salon.
