I am subletting my room from May 1 to August 31 2024 in this apartment located in the charming Plateau in Montreal, at only 1 street from St Laurent Boulevard.
You will be sharing the apartment with two other girls, respectively students at Mcgill and Concordia.
This sublet is open to a female or a male subtenant, no preferences!

The rent is 830$ per month with all utilities included.

The room will be UNFURNISHED, but I am currently selling my bed frame, mattress and desk, so if you are interested by those, I will be able to sell them to you directly with your sublet.

Bed frame mattress feather duvet : 180$
Desk : 90$

The room also has a built-in closet, which is very practical!

Other than my room, the apartment is fully furnished with all appliances (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven …).
The bathroom has been recently renovated.
The apartment has a digital key card, so very safe.

The apartment is very well located:
- 1min walk from the vibrant St-Laurent Boulevard
- 1 to 5min walk from cafes, night clubs, bars, and grocery stores (like Segal’s)
- 20min walk from McGill university
- 8min walk from the Sherbrooke metro (orange line)

A part ma chambre, l'appartement est entièrement meublé avec tous les appareils électroménagers (micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge, four...).
La salle de bain a été récemment rénovée.
L'appartement dispose d'une carte de clé numérique, donc très safe.

L'appartement est très bien situé :
- 1min à pied du Boulevard St-Laurent
- 1 à 5 minutes à pied des cafés, boîtes de nuit, bars et épiceries (comme Segal's)
- 20 minutes à pied de l'université McGill
- 8min de marche du métro Sherbrooke (ligne orange)
