The unit this room is in is located at 3290 Southgate road, a 20 minute ONE BUS commute to carleton university. You walk 5 mins to greenboro bus station and hop on the number 2 bus which takes you straight to carleton. It’s even better because the O train is soon going to take over the #2 bus line so if it gets up and running by the summer, the 20 minute commute will be even less!

Everything you could possible NEED is nearby. A 4 minute walk to a plaza containing a walmart, loblaws, staples, winners/marshalls/homesense, and a bunch more. It actually takes less time to walk to this plaza than drive because of the short cuts you can take by walking. I drive, so trust me, I’ve timed it and it’s true. Even my roomates have beaten me before.

Another plaza right beside that one contains Harvey’s, McDonald’s, shawarma palace, pizza pizza, subway, metro, shoppers drug mart, literally anything you’ll need is walking distance. If your hungry, there are so many food options, if you want to cook, there’s 3 different grocery stores all under a 10 minute walk (walmrt, loblaws, and metro), of which, walmrt is the quickest.

The unit contains 6 bedrooms, 4 are upstairs and 2 are in the basement. The room for rent is upstairs. There is 1 washroom upstairs and one in the basement. If your looking for somewhere fast and cheap, this is literally perfect for you. You don’t have to be a student, although a student is preferred.

The area itself is also safe, all families living here.

Note: the unit is furnished however you are responsible for any damages to the furniture.
