It is a spacious room on the main floor with access to a poweder room on main floor and full bathroom on 2nd floor.There currently is one 20 year old male sublet in the house. The house is located on the corner of Jubilee Rd and Beech St, therefore it is a 10 minute walk from Dal and King’s campus & downtown.
