-> Clean, quiet home – total of 4 rooms (2 upstairs, 2 in basement)
-> Bus stop right at the house – literally just step outside!
-> Only 10-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to the university
-> No pets please – there’s already a cat in the house and I don’t want to stress him out
-> Looking for someone clean and respectful
