The place will be semi furnished, i.e. you will need your own mattress (we can provide air mattress). We can leave the kitchen appliances and utentils if you need them. We will pack our stuff in the cupboards so you will have lots of storage space.

The place gets lots of sunlight. There is nice greenery and summer is exciting. It is very close to Bathurst subway station and a couple blocks from shops in Korea Town.

Rent we are asking is $2100 per month which is also what we pay to our land lord. We just want some one who can keep the place clean and enjoy a peaceful stay at our home during summer when we will go away.
