Location: - There are 3 convenience stores within a 500m radius (one is open 24/7 and a minute away). - There is a minimum of 7 restaurants in the street and the building is in (265 Laurier Ave.E). Rental: The rent price includes all the utilities and fees including other services such as the washer, dryer, dishwasher, and common rooms to study or enjoy some table tennis.
