You will have the house (bedroom, living room, kitchen/dining area, 2 full bathrooms, in-house laundry) to yourself excluding the three other bedrooms. The second washroom isn't pictured but it's bigger and nicer than the one you can see.

The house is in an unbeatable location, being only a 15 minute walk to Carleton University, a convenient 20 minute bus ride (no transfers, 8 minute frequency between route 6 and 7) to downtown the bus stop is literally right around the corner. Additionally, the house is adjacent to Bank Street and an 8 minute walk to Lansdowne Park/TD Place. It is also one 15 minute bus ride to Billings Bridge Shopping Centre.

- There is a wardrobe, two desks and a dresser in the bedroom, a TV in the living room and the kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge, fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, dishwasher, kettle, cooking range and pantry.
